4. Intellectual Property & Generated Content Disclaimer

• Ownership of Generated Tracks: Our platform automatically generates music tracks using AI. We do not claim ownership of the tracks generated by users.
• Potential Duplication & No Liability: Due to the nature of AI-generated content, the same or similar tracks may be generated for multiple users. We do not guarantee that any generated track will be unique.
• By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept this risk and agree that we are not liable for any disputes, claims, or legal issues arising from such duplication.
• If you require exclusive rights to a generated track, you are responsible for verifying its originality and securing copyright protection.
• MusicGeneratorX does not assume responsibility for any legal claims, including but not limited to copyright infringement, arising from the use of generated tracks.

4.1 Copyright Registration & User Responsibility

• If you intend to commercialize a generated track, we strongly recommend that you:
  • Verify that the track has not been previously generated or used.
  • Register the track with the appropriate copyright office in your jurisdiction.
  • Seek legal counsel for licensing, distribution, or copyright concerns.
• We do not provide copyright registration services, nor do we verify the originality of generated tracks.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of our Services.
• We are not liable for any copyright disputes, claims of ownership, or financial losses arising from automated-generated music.
• Users assume all risks associated with using generated tracks commercially or personally.
• Users waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits against our platform.
